Cancellation Policy
Relax & Glow charges a 50% cancellation fee for ALL no-shows and cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment (regardless of the reason: e.g. emergencies, not feeling well).
Arriving 15 minutes past your appointment time will be considered a no-show and you will be charged 50% of the service(s).
